The of Senior Health Services, Peter and Mary Cawley, have been in the real
and senior housing management business for twenty five years managing and
life cycles new construction, extensive renovation projects and complex
buyouts of poorly managed or under managed operations. They bring decades of
to the operational process of effecting financial change through a dedicated focus on of capital and on the change management required for restructuring
metrics.

Chris Damiani

Chris has been directly involved in all forms of senior housing operations for more than thirty years.  A native of Connecticut, he migrated to Florida with his family to cover family-owned assisted living operations and has controlled every aspect new construction, distressed operations, extensive structural renovations, bringing all projects to a successful stabilized conclusion.  

Chris has also spent decades developing and refining highly efficient modeling metrics for both staffing patterns and physical plant designs.  His attention to detail and discipline are qualities developed while serving for 22 active and reserve years as a U.S. Marine and critically tested on the unforgiving landscape of combat operations.  He has also served as President of Florida's Assisted Living Association.  We are very proud to have Chris as a trusted partner in Senior Health Services.
